Purpose

To enable the Council to deliver compliance on
Radon projects, it is necessary to enter into a contract with a
third party to provide project management services. A procurement
exercise has taken place and following receipt of three bids,
contractor Mouldex LTD was selected. This decision notices provides
the relevant authority to enter in the relevant contract with
Mouldex LTD.
