Purpose

The Careline product and monitoring contract
needs to be upgraded to a digital system in line with the digital
switch over in 2025.
The report outlines the steps we are taking to digitally enable
Careline to ensure we continue to help our vulnerable members of
the community stay in their homes for longer.
