Purpose

The countywide retrofit delivery programme
will provide paid for advice and guidance to residents throughout
Gloucestershire on how and what technologies to use to retrofit
their properties to reduce energy use and install renewable
technologies to provide power and heating. This award is being made
following an open and competitive tender process carried out by
Stroud DC and representatives from all other District Councils in
the county. Four bids were received and Furbnow were the winning
bid. This decision notice provides the relevant authority for
Stroud District Council to enter into a contract with
Furbnow.

Decision

Stroud District Council acting on behalf of
Stroud District Council and our five partner District Councils,
intends to enter into a contract with Furbnow for the creation and
management of a Countywide Retrofit Delivery programme.
