The Contract for Hard Services Facilities
Management for the Council's operational building is due to end on
the 31st of March 2026.
The purpose of this report is to advise the committee on the

Services contract from April 2026, and seek to delegate the
authority to the Strategic Director for Resources to appoint a
provider following procurement.
