The Strategic Director for Environment, Housing and Neighbourhoods approved a contract variation for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund 1 Works on 08/08/2023. The contract with Sustainable Building Services UK was increased by £717,506 to £2,217,506, subject to a time extension from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. This variation includes increasing External Wall Insulation works from 35 to 46 homes and adding roofing and door works to 17 homes.
