Purpose

To
seek approval to add the Pay on Foot Parking Equipment scheme to the Council’s
capital programme, enabling the replacement of equipment in multi storey car
parks (MSCPs). This will improve operational efficiency, reduce maintenance
costs, and increase revenue by minimising downtime.
