Purpose

To seek authority to confirm budget to progress works for
the refurbishment of the changing rooms at Mynydd
Newydd playing fields as a key aspect of the wider site development.

 

To comply with Financial Procedure Rule 7 (Capital
Programming and Appraisals): to commit and authorise schemes on to the Capital
Programme

Content

Approved that:

 

1)         Capital funds set aside for this site
development as match funding for a Sport Wales capital bid as agreed in DPR
report pursuant to FPR 7.3 dated 6/10/22 be utilised.

 

2)         Capital scheme for the Mynydd Newydd Changing Rooms refurbishment following
tendering of the work, final receipt of Sport Wales funding Grant, and
additional RCCO from ERF funds, bringing full project cost to £261,000 be
updated
