The Social Care & Tackling Poverty Service Transformation Committee approved recommendations on 26/10/2026. The committee received information about the Welfare Rights and Financial Inclusion Team's work to maximise benefit entitlements for residents. This included a pilot Pension Credit take-up campaign which identified unclaimed entitlement and led to additional benefit claims.
