Resolved - That the Corporate Director of People agreed under their delegated authority from Paragraph 343 in the Scheme of Delegations and in consultation with the Chief Legal Officer:?

1. To provide a one-off 3-month extension of the Project Boost contract. The Original Contract was due to naturally end on the 29th July 2026. A 3-month extension will take the contract up to 28th October 2026. This allows additional time for Swindon Advocacy Movement to support all individuals currently using Project Boost to develop and implement individual transition plans ahead of the contract ending.
2. To allow the contract to then come to its natural end on the 28th October 2026 without a like-for-like replacement service being commissioned.

1. The current annual contract value is £51,150, jointly funded by the ICB and SBC.
