Resolved – That the Corporate Director for People agreed under their delegated authority from Paragraph 340 in the Scheme of Delegations and in consultation with the Chief Legal Officer:

(1)   To award the contract for Accommodation & Support for Separated Migrant Children Homes (SMC) from 3rd April 2026 until 2nd April 2028

(2)   The contract value for the initial 2-year term is £934,588.72. The budget for this has been confirmed and is offset by Home Office funding.
