Decision

Resolved - That the Corporate Director - People agreed under their delegated authority from Paragraph 343 in the Scheme of Delegations AND pursuant to the Cabinet decision of 1st July 2026 (Item 12 Budget Management Outturn 2025/2026):

(1)   An uplift to the commissioned mileage reimbursement rate will be shown through an adjustment to the per hour rate which will increase from £27.84 per hour to £28.08 per hour, which is an increase of 24p per hour. Application of the uplift across all relevant contract bands.

(2)   Backdating of the uplift to 21st May 2026.

The uplift will be from 21st May 2026 to 31st March 2027 only.
