Purpose

The Council have procured LK Remediate to undertake site remediation on the Council owned former bus station site as part of the Ashton Town Centre Levelling Up Fund Programme.

Decision

That approval was given for LK Remediate to be appointed to undertake site remediation on the former Ashton Bus Station site as part of the Ashton Town Centre Levelling Up Fund Programme following a competitive tender process via STaR.
