Purpose

To dispose of the Council’s freehold reversion to the long-lessee occupying the property.

That it be DETERMINED:

To dispose of the Council’s freehold reversion to the long-lessee occupying the property for the sum of £300 (Three Hundred Pounds) plus the Council’s legal and surveyor fees equating to £650 (Six Hundred and Fifty pounds).

Reasons for the decision

The sale of the Freehold reversion would facilitate the request from the occupier to acquire the Council’s interest in the residential property.
