Decision

(i)      That the Elections Print contract is awarded to Civica Election Services as the highest scoring bidder.

(ii)   That the Electoral Management System contract is renewed with Civica Xpress.

Reasons for the decision

The current framework and the contract extensions which are now in place expire on 8 January 2026. Arrangements for service provision beyond this date now need to be urgently considered and agreed. This paper sets out the call off contracts to be agreed and taken forward.
