To Approve the Uniform System Support Contract. The contract includes a three-year agreement for Idox Uniform & EDMS Software and Maintenance. The Contract period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.

The Uniform System Support Contract is approved.  The contract includes a three-year agreement for Idox Uniform & EDMS Software and Maintenance.  The Contract period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.

Reasons for the decision

The current contract expires on 31 March 2024.

Uniform is a case management system used across various Services.  Examples of the functionality included are, Planning to manage planning applications, Licensing to manage taxi and business premises licenses, Environmental Health to manage Inspection programmes and service requests and the solution is also used for document management of all related files/documents.

The system is required for business continuity.
