Purpose

The report presented the commitments of P. Casey (Land Reclamation) Ltd. to the regeneration of Ashton Market Ground, the company aimed to occupy the vacant business units overlooking the project for close project management control ASHTON MARKET SQUARE – CANOPY CONTRACT AWARD.

The company would be taking the leases at the Council’s published business unit rents.

Decision

Approval is given for the lease of units 7, 8 & 9 Ashton Market Hall Business Centre to P. Casey (Land Reclamation) Ltd. in connection with the Market Ground redevelopment.
