Purpose

The Pride in Place Impact Fund was a time-limited, 100% capital programme providing £1.5m across 2025/26 and 2026/27, to deliver visible improvements that rebuild community pride by March 2027.

This paper set out recommendations for resourcing of projects received during round three of the Pride in Place Impact Fund programme.

In line with the approach agreed by Executive Cabinet, all proposals received under round three had been scored against the agreed assessment criteria. All proposals which were complete, with sufficient details submitted to inform a comprehensive review were assessed, this was 55 projects.

Projects had been assessed in line with the requirements of MHCLG and using a robust, transparent and fair approach to scoring all the applications received.

The report detailed that for round 3 submissions, 24 projects were recommended for funding, totalling £807,099, these schemes would commit the full amount of Pride in Place Impact Fund being committed

Decision

Members agreed to consider each project set out at 4.3 of the report in turn to allow for Members to declare any interests they may have and leave the room before consideration of that project.
