Purpose

The Council have procured PP O’Connor to undertake site remediation on the Council owned sites at Stalybridge West as part of the Stalybridge Town Centre Regeneration Programme.

Decision

(i)                That approval is given for PP O’Connor to be appointed to undertake site remediation on the Council owned sites at Stalybridge West.

Reasons for the decision

Contact Award to be approved.
