Purpose
To sign off three Project Schedules in accordance with the Public Realm Agreement between Onward and TMBC for projects in Hattersley
Decision
That it be DETERMINED that
- The Deed of Variation (DoV) to the Public Realm Collaboration Agreement be agreed and completed (as per Appendix 1)
- The three project Schedules that are appended to this Executive Decision Notice be agreed and completed (as per Appendix 2, 3, 4)
Reasons for the decision
To correct the total amount in the public realm Fund to that at the date of signing the Agreement.
To amend the drawdown process in the current Agreement, to better reflect the operational requirements of the project.
To comply with the provisions of the Agreement that require the parties to prepare and agree Project Schedules for each project falling within the scope of the Public Realm Collaboration Agreement.
