That it be DETERMINED that the proposed reserve for the sale of 31, Clarence Arcade, Ashton-under-Lyne, by auction as set out in the EXEMPT report BE APPROVED.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with the corporate policy for the disposal of Council owned land and ultimately facilitate the sale and development of the surplus area of land.
