RESOLVED

That under Section 100 (A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded for Items 12, 13,14 and 15 on the grounds that the reports or their appended documents contain exempt information relating to paragraph 3 & 10 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that they relate to information relating to the financial or business affairs of a particular person (including the authority holding that information).
