Purpose

The report sets out to dispose of the residential freehold reversion to the tenant occupying the subject property.

RESOLVED

That the council sells the freehold reversion to the existing lessee of the property on the agreed heads of terms as set out in Appendix 3 to this report. 

Reasons for the decision

The tenant has requested to purchase the freehold reversion of the subject property.

Alternative options considered

To decline the request from the resident to acquire the Freehold reversion held by the Council.
