Purpose
The report sets out to dispose of the residential freehold ground rent to the resident occupying the subject property.
Decision
That approval be grated that the Council sells the freehold reversion of its interest to the existing tenant who occupies the property on the terms as set out in Appendix 2.
Reasons for the decision
The sale of the Freehold reversion would facilitate the request from the occupiers to acquire the Council’s interest in the residential property.
Alternative options considered
Do nothing and decline the request from the resident to acquire the Freehold reversion held by the Council.
