Procurement of resident engagement income service

Decision

It is recommended that:

(i)               A contract award is approved for Voicescape from the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 Framework.

(ii)              The contract is awarded for a period of 36 months with an option to extend by a further 12 months.

Reasons for the decision

Improvements are required to resident engagement for monies owed to the Council. This digital solution will support the maximisation of revenue collection.
