The Council has selected The Casey Group as the successful tenderer to function as contractor for Denton Town Hall refurbishment works following a competitive procurement process conducted via The Chest, managed by STAR Procurement.

That the Casey Group be appointed as the contractor to conduct refurbishment works to Denton Town Hall following a risk-based restricted procurement exercise conducted via The Chest procurement portal, facilitated by STAR Procurement. 

Alternative options considered

To not award the contract or to appoint a different supplier.
