Decision

That it be DETERMINED that:

1. A decision be made, in principle, to dispose of Land at Quarry Street to an adjoining owner subject to public open space procedure being followed.
2. The proposed sale be advertised as required by the disposal of Public Open space procedure stated in the Local Government Act 1972.

Reasons for the decision

To approve in principle, the disposal of an area of land and generate a capital receipt from an area of land declared surplus by Executive Cabinet on 22 June 2022, subject to advertising the proposed disposal, and considering any comments and objections received, prior to making a final decision as to a disposal.
