Purpose

Tamworth Borough Council’s Street Trading Policy was implemented in May 2024.
Several amendments are being proposed, These include streamlining the renewal process and clarifying mobile street trading. Regulating goods on the
street is now a separate report. A matrix of proposed amendments is attached at Appendix 2.
