Purpose

To seek Cabinet approval to implement a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Borrowpit Lake to prohibit swimming, entering the water and associated unsafe water activities, subject to a public consultation being undertaken between 13 July 2026 and 22 July 2026 and no material issues being identified that would warrant reconsideration of the proposed Order.
