Decision

           
R E S O L V E D­ – that:
 
A.   
Master Park Hub Project - Additional £30,000 of CIL grant be
released to fund additional build costs caused by delays due to
COVID, as set out in the Business Case at Appendix A to the report,
be approved;

 
B.   
the revised Terms of Reference of the CIL Working Group, set out in
Appendix B to the report, be approved;
 
C.  
the amendments to the CIL Bidding Expression of Interest Form and
Full Application Form, set out in Appendix C to the report, be
approved; and
 
D.  
the Expanded Infrastructure List be referenced for the scoring
matrix, as attached at Appendix D of the report.
