R E S O L V E
D – that the contents of the 2 working papers and the
consultation document are noted, and authority is delegated to the
Deputy Chief Executive in consultation with the Chair of the
Planning Policy Committee and the Chair of the Planning Committee
to respond to each on behalf of the Council.
