R E S O L V E D – that:
 

A.   
the progress on the Community Asset Transfer project be noted.
 

B.   
the disposal of the following asset for which a valuation has been
received, be approved, and it proceed to contract and be completed
subject to detailed due diligence:
 
(a) 
Saxonwold Amenity Land (Appendix B and I to the report)
 

C.  
the following assets, for which valuations have yet to be received,
proceed to contract (subject to due diligence), and be disposed
subject to their restricted value not exceeding £250k and
their unrestricted value not exceeding £2m:
 
(a) 
Station Road, Public Convenience (Whyteleafe Parish Council)
(Appendix C to the report)

 
(b) 
Barnetts Shaw Play Area (Oxted Parish Council) (Appendix D to the
report)
 
(c)  
Boulthurst Way Play Area (Oxted Parish Council) (Appendix E to the
report)
 

D.  
it be noted the Parish Council was minded to contribute to the
running costs of the following assets:
 
(a) 
Mint Walk Play Area (Warlingham Parish Council) (Appendix F and J
