the urgent fire safety compliance issues and associated costs and
risks be noted.
 

B.   
the proposed consultation and engagement process with affected
tenants that will inform future proposals on these facilities be
noted.
 

C.  
the decision to conduct a full cost analysis of remediation of
Laundry Services and unplanned Capital and Revenue Budget
implications be noted and reported back to Committee.
 

D.  
authority be delegated to the Head of Housing to determine whether
safe opening of a laundry service can be provided to priority sites
with vulnerable residents.
 

E.   
a paper proposing the future of all laundry sites be presented to
Committee once the tenant consultation and cost analysis of
remediation have been completed and have informed
recommendations.
