R E S O L V E D – that
 
A)  
the appropriation of the land for planning purposes at Hurst Green
Methodist Church, Hurstlands, Hurst
Green, as set out in Appendix A of the report, be approved.

 
B)  
authority be delegated to the Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer,
to undertake the necessary legal steps to complete the
appropriation process including but not limited to, notification of
those who may be affected, publication of the relevant
appropriation decision notices, and executing memorandums as
required by the relevant legislation.
