the disposal of the following assets for which valuations have been
received, be approved:

Mint Walk Recreation Ground (Warlingham Parish Council), appendices
A and B to the report;
2.    
Hurst Green Community Centre (Oxted Parish Council), appendix A to
the supplementary agenda;
3.    
Public Convenience & Station Road Car Park, Whyteleafe
(Whyteleafe Parish Council), appendix B to the supplementary
agenda;
4.    
Station Road Car Park, Woldingham (Woldingham Parish Council),
appendix C to the supplementary agenda.
 
C.   
the assets listed below, for which valuations have yet to be
received, proceed to contract (subject to detailed due diligence),
and be disposed subject to their restricted value not exceeding
