R E S O L V E D –
that;
 

A.   
the Committee’s proposed General Fund revenue budget for
2026/27 of £1.026m, as shown in Appendix A and Appendix B of
the report, be agreed, taking account of proposed virements,
pressures and savings allocated to the Committee.
 

B.   
the Committee’s fees and charges for 2026/27, as shown in
Appendix C of the report, be agreed.
 

C.  
the plot fees for Meadowside be uplifted by February 2026 CPI, in
accordance with the legislative cap.
 

D.  
the Committee’s Capital Programme for 2026/27 being the sum
of £0.648m, as shown in Appendix D of the report, be agreed,
subject to approval by Strategy & Resources  Committee and Full Council.
 

E.   
the Subjective Revenue Budgets, set out in Appendix B of the
report, setting out movements from 2025/26 to 2026/27, be
noted.
