R E S O L V E D – that:
 
A.   
the Quarter 3 2023-2024 performance and risks for
the Housing Committee be noted.
 

B.   
with the target for the average time taken to re-let
local authority sheltered housing (days) being set to 35 days, the
proposed Key Performance Indicators for 2024/25 be
agreed.
