R E S O L V E D
– that Members approve that the
Section 151 Officer agree to and sign the Memorandum of
Understanding no later than 5pm Monday 18th September (see Appendix
A) and commit to the purchase of 6 further properties under the
LAHF Round 2, subject to the requirements of Financial Regulation
17.
