Decision

R E S O L V E D – that:

(i)            it be agreed in accordance with the Council’s constitution to ‘make’ (adopt) the Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan to become part of the District’s Development Plan; and

(ii)        the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chair of Planning Policy Committee, be authorised to finalise and publish the draft Decision Statement in Appendix B and related updates to the Council’s webpages.
