R E S O L V E D – that the fees should not be reduced in respect of this application by FIKA Blends & Friends, to ensure that the cost of granting, refusing and enforcing the street trading provisions would achieve as full a cost recovery as it could, without drawing on the public purse and being subsidised by the Council Tax payers, in line with the Council’s corporate priorities.
