A quarterly report providing an overview of budget performance and financial monitoring

Decision

R E S O L V E D – that:

A. Note the Revenue and Capital budget forecast positions as at Quarter 1 / M3 (June) 2026/27.

B. Approve the HRA revenue virement of £1,510k to increase the salaries budget to

help meet the demands of the Social Housing Regulator as set out in paragraphs 4 &

5.

C. Approve the net revenue virement of £218k to increase the repairs budget in line with the results of the Stock Condition Survey as set out in paragraphs 4 & 5.

D. Approve the net decrease of (£1,920k) to the HRA Capital budget in line with the

findings of the Stock Condition Survey as set out in paragraphs 8 & 9.
