Tandridge Winter Support Scheme.

Decision

R E S O L V E D:

1. That £150,000 be made available to implement the Tandridge Winter Support Scheme 2026/27; and
2. That an application process be established from 9 November 2026 to invite applications from district residents for payments under the scheme to assist with essential household bills and living costs.
