Decision

R E S O L V E D:

1. That the disposal of the Woodhouse Centre/Red Cross Hall to Oxted Parish Council be approved, subject to detailed due diligence;
2. That Station Road West public toilets and Felbridge Village Hall be approved to proceed to contract (or recommended to Full Council for disposal, as appropriate), subject to detailed due diligence and the restricted value of each asset not exceeding £1 million and the unrestricted value not exceeding £2 million, with any disposal requiring approval by Full Council where appropriate under the thresholds set out in the report; and
3. That authority be delegated to the Principal Asset Manager, in consultation with the S151 Officer and Chair of the Committee, to agree the terms and final price for each disposal.
