Decision

R E S O L V E D – that:

A. Note the current position on the procurement of the new gas servicing and

maintenance contract.

B. Approve the proposed approach for the procurement, award and mobilisation

of the housing safety and asset management contracts listed in Appendix A.

C. Delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the

Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Housing Committee, to award the

contracts listed in Appendix A, subject to the outcome of the relevant

procurement processes, satisfactory Finance, Legal and Procurement

assurance, and confirmation that awards can be made within approved

budgets.
