R E S O L V E D – that:
 
A.    
the progress to date be noted;

 
B.    
the rollover of the 2023/24 capital budget and match funding pot
for
                  
playground improvement be noted; and
 
C.    
Officers be authorised to initiate exploratory discussions with
parish councils and community groups to assess their willingness to
discuss asset transfers, contribute to the refurbishment programme
and the ongoing maintenance of assets.
