following pre - application advice and a public
consultation a full planning application is submitted.

 
B.   
the pre-application budget is extended from
£50,000 to a planning budget of £100,000 to cover the
additional costs associated with work carried out post pre-app
advice, to include the submission of the planning application and
work carried out when the project has been submitted to
planning.
