RESOLVED

That Full Council approves:

1. The proposed establishment and transfers into the Coastal Resilience Reserve and the Local Government Reorganisation Reserve as set out in paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5.
2. The proposed carry forward balances, as detailed in 4.4 and table 6.
3. The proposed capital programme for 2026/27 as set out in Table 8 and Appendix 1 totalling £32.8m.
