RESOLVED

a)    The MTFP Review group update be received and endorsed.

b)    Consideration of the draft Terms of Reference for the LGR review Group be deferred.

c)    The Committee be advised of any items for the Committee’s scrutiny previously deferred from the committee work programme that can be reinstated.

RECOMMENDED to the Executive:

A report be provided for the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the direct and indirect costs to date of LGR preparatory work including:

·      The implications of the Government’s pausing of LGR.

·      What aspirations/opportunities have been missed by the Council.

·      The cost of pausing the Local Plan process.
