Councillors Bullivant and C Parker declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda item 13 voluntary sector funding annual review: Cllr Bullivant by virtue of his membership of the Trust Boad of Newton Abbot Community Transport Association; Cllr Parker by virtue of his position of Newton Abbot Town Council representative on the Board of Citizens Advice.
