RESOLVED

That the Executive:

1)    Support the proposal for Plymouth City Council becoming a member of the Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority.

2)    Agrees the responses to the consultation questions as set out in section 2.3.

3)    Delegate authority to the Director of Place to submit the responses on behalf of the Council.
