That it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that:

1. The revised Statement of Community Involvement be APPROVED.

1. That authority be delegated to the Director: Growth, in consultation with the Lead Member for Planning and Place Making, to prepare the Statement of Community Involvement for publication, correcting any minor errors such as spelling, grammar, typographical and formatting changes, that do not affect the substantive content.
